Smoke tree extract fisetin is one of the most studied flavonoids. Theoretically, flavonoids are a kind of flavonol molecules, similar to the flavonols in dark chocolate and cocoa. Most of the lacxanthin is derived from Cotinus coggygria, and trace amounts of lacxanthin can also be found in some fruits and vegetables. Based on existing research, the content of lacustrine found in strawberries is extremely high, followed by apples. As a dietary supplement, the recommended daily dose of fisetin should be 100 mg. Like other sources of flavonoids such as quercetin, resveratrol, and grape seed extract, fisetin also exerts numerous beneficial effects.
