Gentianaceae or Gentiana, mainly contains bitter components, most of which are glycosides of iridoids and split iridoids. The main ingredient is gentiopicroside, which has a bitter taste, and there are also tasteless gentioflavin, sucrose, fat, pectin and enzymes. It has liver protection, gallbladder, stomach, central stimulant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Mainly used as a bitter and stomachic agent for food. Gentioflavine, Lognicacid, Gentianine, and Gentianose were identified by root analysis of gentian. Among them, gentioline is a secondary product obtained by the reaction of gentiopicroside and ammonia water in the extraction process. In addition, the products also contain alkaloids such as Gentianidine and Gentianol, as well as oleanolic acid and ursolic acid. The Gentian extract we supplied including:
